What does Skybox do for an athletic department?
Skybox runs the daily operations behind your athletic schedule. It confirms every game with the opposing athletic director for you, tells the right people when a game moves, tracks buses and game-day workers, and publishes a public schedule page and calendar feeds for families. Modules add registration and eligibility, facilities, medical, and officials.
Who uses Skybox?
Athletic directors and athletic secretaries run it day to day. Coaches, athletic trainers, game-day workers, bus companies, officials assignors, officials, and families each get the updates and views that fit their role.
Do we have to replace the systems we already use?
No. Skybox works alongside what your district already has. Your schedule can be loaded from a spreadsheet, and it flows back out to your district website through calendar feeds or an embed, so your website stays current as games change.
Does the opposing school need Skybox?
No. Opponents confirm a game with one tap from an email, with no login or account, and a reply that says “confirmed” counts too. When both schools use Skybox, the game stays in sync on both sides.
How do we get started?
We set up your school with you: we load your season schedule, add your staff, and walk you through the settings. You can start with the command center and add modules when you are ready.
How is pricing set?
Skybox is an annual subscription for your school, with modules added when you need them. We quote each school on a short call, based on your schedule and what you want Skybox to handle.
How do you protect student data?
Every school signs our data protection agreement, which lists the providers we use and the security controls in place. Your public schedule page shows only what you choose to make public.
